It began with childhood explorations through a microscope…

Inspiring by a lifelong fascination with nature, cultivated through childhood explorations and a biology background, my art employs biomimicry – drawing inspiration from natural designs and structures. These often-overlooked instances of beauty become the raw material for my creations.

My unique perspective is further shaped by a rich familial artistic legacy, spanning from my great-great-grandfather's 19th-century sculptures to my parents' diverse creative pursuits. Despite a foray into finance, I've never lost my sense of wonder for the natural world.

At the heart of my work lies hydrology – the study of water and its mesmerizing properties. This fascination manifests in pieces like "Pulsed Call," an aluminum and copper sculpture that captures the ethereal communication between marine mammals.

My artistic process is rooted in experimentation and discovery. I revel in reverse-engineering natural forms, fusing unexpected materials like Murano glass with aluminum, I’m constantly pushing the boundaries of mixed media. Through continuous expansion of my technical skills, including studies with master artists like the illustrious Bubacco Brothers in Venice, Italy. I strive to translate nature's awe-inspiring intricacies into tangible artistic expressions.
